Our Reconditioning Service
You have a feeder which has run consistently and reliably but it is starting to get a little tired.
Why not send it in to us for a reconditioning service. A typical reconditioning includes the services and parts listed at the right. Normal turn-around time is 2 days in our shop.
We'll even ship you a padded case that you can use to send us the feeder to avoid the hassle of crating. (A limited supply of cases are available for 310 & 380 feeders with horizontal deliveries which allow the feeders to be shipped by UPS & FedEx - for larger feeders and feeders with other delivery styles we recommend building a sturdy wooden crate.)
Here's how the simple process works.
- Contact us to schedule a time and arrange shipment of the empty shipping crate
- Provide a PO for 1 hour of labor so that we can evaluate the feeder and prepare an estimate of the work required
- If you elect to proceed (normal reconditioning costs approximately $1,500 in parts and labor) the work will be completed promptly and the feeder returned.
- If you elect not to proceed, or to only have part of the work done, we will honor your request and return the feeder accordingly
- Once you receive the feeder, return the empty shipping crate to us within a week
