Increasing efficiency with retrofits

We often find that machines which were originally spec'd into an application are now being used for a different requirement.  We also know that routine advances in user friendliness and operational function can dramatically improve performance in many applications.

Fusion offers a number of reasonably priced, retrofitable upgrades for machines.  Many can be customer installed.  These include solutions for batch counting, sensitive products, clear products, increased speed requirements, thicker/thinner products, narrower or shorter products and accurate placement.  We offer others as well.  If you struggle getting an application or product to run, give us a call.  We can probably help.

Have you ever almost had the support curve perfectly adjusted, only to "over adjust" it?  The support curve is the most overlooked and important mechanical adjustment on a Pfankuch feeder.  Our "calibrated support curve" is available in 3 different widths and offers "repeatable" setting and knob based adjustment. 

We also offer larger, modular retrofits.  These include autoloaders (we have a number of used autoloaders in stock), updated controller and stands.
