The Pfankuch K Series Feeder with Batch Drop

Every Pfankuch feeder has built in counting capability. We know that while you may not need to count today, tomorrow a customer will expect it. Counting is never an expensive "option" with our machines.

But often the simple ability to count isn't enough. Frequently customers need to build a stack for shrink wrapping or other processing. When you require the ability to build a complete stack and then drop it into your wrapper infeed, a Pfankuch feeder equipped with a batch drop is the solution. Using an extremely efficient and fast electromagnetically controlled pair of flaps, the completed stack is dropped neatly.

A typical feeder is capable of batching 5 X 7" tattoo sheets at speeds of up to 30 stacks of 10, or 20 stacks of 25/minute. Multiple feeders can be easily integrated to meet higher output requirements.

The feeder is even available with a detachable batch drop for effective integration as a single card or insert feeder when batching isn't required.
