Fusion has the answer. Pfankuch's VP series wrapping machine provides a unbeatable solution - fantastic package appearance; reduced packaging hassles; AND reduced materials cost! All that in one system!.

The innovative VP machine uses crystal clear polypropylene film and seals your product in an extremely tight bag between two layers of film. The bag is so tight that superb package appearance is achieved without traditional shrinking. That of course means no curl, no need for expensive backer cards, no "crows feet", no PVC smoke or film handling problems, no product "floating" in the shrink tunnel, reduced energy consumption and cost, etc., etc. If it sounds like life would be simpler - that's because it would be.

Using the most modern servo and controller technologies available the wrapper is designed to produce the most precise and perfect packages possible with limited down-time and maintenance.

Standard options include a hole punch, thermal transfer printer to apply UPCs directly to the film at the time of packaging, feeders to collate your complete package and even equipment to create resealable packages. Try that with shrink film!

Like all Pfankuch machines it's modular design lets you adapt to changing demands. Need to double output? No problem just add another track. Want to add another sheet? Just add another feeder.
