Servo controlled, the wrapper will wrap cards at speeds of up to 300 cards/minute using multiple tracks. Film use is more economical than with typical overwrappers, and special options are available (e.g. scanning & verification and embossed security seals) to meet your specific security packaging needs.

The resulting package is extremely tight and attractive. Appropriate film selection and the clean package without fin and crimp seals make the cards beautiful to display and easy to vend.

Unlike common "flow wrappers" Pfankuch's wrapper is designed for light products just like cards. Flow wrappers normally rely on the weight of the cupcake or ice cream sandwich to create enough friction between product and film to traverse the seal jaw in registration. With a light telephone card though, the seal jaw often closes on the card. Sure that is only a fraction of a penny of laminated printed paper. But you know it is much more. All the open boxes with small paper tags marking the missing serial numbers, and the staff of people who update the database or replace individual cards. With the Pfankuch wrapper your cards are wrapped without damage and batch activation is no longer a crap shoot.
