Easily accomplish your packaging tasks. Modular Pfankuch ASB feeders can be easily integrated with existing shrink wrapping or other packaging equipment. Typical applications include using a feeder for a backer card and a feeder for a sticker sheet. With these simple additions most companies can substantially decrease labor costs and simultaneously increase output and decrease defects.

For more complex tasks the Pfankuch ZG series collator offers a complete systems approach. As a stand alone collating system or an integrated part of a Pfankuch VP wrapper or other packaging system the ZG collator offers versatility and reliability. Simply load your printed stock and push the start button.

Using the most modern servo and controller technologies available the collator features easy changeovers and seamless integration with other equipment.

Like all Pfankuch machines it's modular design lets you adapt to changing demands. Need to double output? No problem just add another track. Want to add a sticker sheet face down behind your backer card? Just add another feeder. And of course the feeders can be used separately off-line to accommodate the invariable "specials."
