Capable of wrapping individual cards for export markets, multi-packing and bagging 6 & 12 card stock units, and even boxing cards the VP offers solutions to most greeting card packaging demands in a single machine.

Using the most modern servo and controller technologies available the wrapper is designed to produce the most precise and perfect packages possible with limited down-time and maintenance.

Like all Pfankuch machines it's modular design lets you adapt to changing demands. Need to double output? No problem just add another track. Want to add a stock card to your 12 card packs? Just add another feeder.

individual card wrapping for export

Individual cards are wrapped flat with an envelope inside or behind and sealed on all 4 sides. After wrapping they are folded. The entire card is protected from finger prints and smudges, and the envelope is always together with the card.

This is required for most export markets and a classy way to distinguish your cards at home.
