As a stand alone collating system or an integrated part of a Pfankuch VP wrapper or other packaging system the ZG collator offers versatility and reliability. Capable of processing two streams simultaneously for high throughput when multi-packing and bagging 6 & 12 card stock units, and even boxing cards, the ZG offers multiple solutions in one machine. Put your printed cards and empty boxes in - and filled boxes come out the other end ready to drop the lids on.

Using the most modern servo and controller technologies available the collator features easy changeovers and seamless integration with other equipment.

Like all Pfankuch machines it's modular design lets you adapt to changing demands. Need to double output? No problem just add another track. Want to add a stock card to your 12 card packs? Just add another feeder. And of course the feeders can be used separately off-line to accommodate the invariable "specials."
