Pfankuch PS Series Hole Punch

Modular and flexible like each of the Pfankuch components this hole punch can be easily integrated with a Pfankuch wrapping line, or incorporated into an existing shrink wrapping line. In fact many customers move their punches from one line to another as dictated by production requirements.

The PS series hole punch is built to the same exacting standards as every Pfankuch machine. That precise design and construction translate into precise, reliable and consistent operation.

A servo driven product advance combined with a pneumatic punch head drive provide simple consistent operation at a reasonable price.

The machine is capable of up to 150 cycles/minute (depending on product size) and a variety of standard punch tools (precision machined and spark eroded for long trouble free production) offer the ability to quickly meet nearly any retail peg system requirement.

Typical punches leave pieces of chipboard hanging or often fail to punch through the film layers completely. Even if these don't constitute quality "defects" they certainly adversely affect the finished package appearance. The Pfankuch PS series hole punch completely and cleanly punches the hang hole.

Many customers have found that not only is package appearance improved, but costs are reduced by eliminating the requirement to purchase pre-punched backer cards.
