Friction Deliveries :: Standard Feeder

A feeder head chassis is often combined with a "delivery" which helps tailor the product delivery to the application requirements. However, the simplest and most economical version (and the most directly comparable to many competitive machines in flexibility and function) is a feeder head without a delivery.

For easily direct products (e.g. chipboard sheets, calendars, etc.) the extra control afforded by a delivery is frequently not required. Product is discharged after separation (as with all Pfankuch feeders batch counting is a standard capability) directly into the target.

For critically short dwell times, functionality in the VS2002 controller can further enhance the capability of the vertical delivery by pre-feeding a product. Friction feeder response time is further reduced by the insert being in position and partially pre fed - awaiting the trigger signal for lightning fast response.
